📄 Refund & Return Policy

1. Introduction

At CPA Cargo, we are committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund and Return Policy outlines your rights and our obligations in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in Greece and the European Union.

2. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase without providing any reason within 14 days from the date of:

• Receiving the product, or
• Concluding a service agreement

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing via email at info@cpacargo.com before the withdrawal period expires.

3. Refund Process

Once your withdrawal request is received and approved:

• Refunds will be issued within 14 days
• The refund will be made using the same payment method used during purchase
• No additional fees will be charged for processing refunds

4. Returns (Physical Products Only)

If your purchase involves physical goods:

• Products must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of withdrawal
• Items must be:
  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging

👉 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Non-Refundable Items & Services

Certain items/services are not eligible for refunds, including:

• Digital products once downloaded or accessed
• Customized or personalized items
• Services that have already been fully performed with customer consent
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once opened

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear evidence (photos/videos)
• We will offer:
  • Replacement, or
  • Full refund (including shipping costs)

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:
